I ordered 12-14 thinking they would be big enough for the child I ordered for. The size chart says 12-14 is suitable for height 60-64 inches and weight 90-100 lbs. The kid I ordered for is only 54 inches tall and weighs 72 pounds. They were so small and so tight that we couldn't put them on above her knees. I wouldn't even know what size to change if I wanted to exchange them.
