Media could not be loaded. I found this product after researching some hand written marketing options for my business and I am SO HAPPY I did. This machine allows me to attend to other aspects of my business while it sends letters through the mail. You have to be really close to drop the next page and click next, but it takes a lot less time than doing it yourself and a lot cheaper than hiring. I've never used Inkscape or similar machines so I needed help. I have to agree with other reviewers that René, whose direct email is given to you in the manual (which is only available online and downloadable), was amazing. She answered every question I had (she appears to be in China - most of my emails from her came around 11pm EST just to set the expectation). As a bonus, my family now thinks I'm cool because a car works for me.
