I've spent an incredible amount of time looking for charging cables and connectors for my new phone. These aren't just dumb devices anymore - both the cable and the connector contain computer chips that coordinate charging speeds with each other and with the phone, so they all have to be compatible with each other or charging will go back to 'slow'. . I ordered these Anker Powerline+ USB-C plugs and cables and am happy to report that they provide fast charging for my Galaxy S10.
