Review on Galileo Training Hitting Practice Backyard by Justin Guldin

NOT THAT easy to put together and take apart

This net is the perfect size for me to use day and night in my garage in inclement weather. I use SKLZ practice golf balls with it and the net is holding up really well. I don't use a hanging target so the balls don't bounce off me. The initial build was confusing at first until I figured out how everything fits together, at which point I was able to set up the network in about 20 minutes. You'll need a large area, about twice the size of the mesh, to spread out the mesh and insert the splines into it before lifting the mesh and dragging the splines on the ends of the mesh. I've been waiting to post this review until I've had a chance to pick up the net a few times, post it and rip it apart. I store the net flat on a shelf with the 2 red slots, simply taking out the green (back) slot and folding 1 bottom of the slot. To put it back you have to lay the net horizontal again and pull the green slot. It takes me about 10-15 minutes but after that it's just great to use the network!

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
