A company representative contacted me for feedback so here is my opinion. Open two or three packets to clean the jars. As you can imagine I didn't want to try the CareTouch but after reading the reviews I bought it. Yes I agree with other reviewers they are a little wet/damp and smelly but work well. Below is what the email representative added and I hope it helps. When opening an individual tissue pack for the first time, hold it in the FOLDED position and gently brush away any dust or dirt from the intended item. This maximizes the results of mopping and ensures no marks are left on the item being cleaned. If the cloth is too damp when you first remove it from the packaging, allow it to air dry for a few seconds and gently shake until the desired dampness level is achieved. If you use a tissue that is too damp, it is more likely to leave stains and residue because it has not been properly ventilated.
