Arm came out from joint where it meets the chair back. Expected better quality for the price. Will attempt to return but frankly, I don't feel like disassembling all four chairs and hauling them off to Kohls.Update: I contacted Servall Customer Service and received a prompt reply back. They sent out a new chair a week later, however, it was damaged during transport. Again, I contacted customer service and they promptly sent out another chair. This one was received in perfect condition.I appreciated the fast customer service response and the replacement chairs at no cost to me. I do recommend the chairs as they are pretty decent quality. However, the customer service response is even better.
