Everyone was right about the fact that the lids could be removed from the baking cups. You have to get a charcoal opener and then it's still very difficult and as an elderly man with cancer and treatment has affected my joints with migratory arthritis I have given up the whole process and the blender and will be returning it. If you have weak hands, forget about ordering this blender. Even unscrewing the blender mechanism on a large tumbler can be difficult and frustrating if you don't screw it in and twist really hard and the liquid will spill out of the bottom of the blender. There is also always a black greasy residue left when you place the mug on top of the blender itself. After only a week of use, I'm really concerned that this whole blender setup isn't going to last very long. I threw away the packaging material but I have the box and will take it to Kolya's store which says you don't need a box or even a bag to return an item. So Revain, I'm expecting a $105 refund for this blender and some modifications. Please do not cause me any problems with this return. We buy from Revain with the good pretense that these products are decent but in most cases they are not and then we, myself especially, have to go through the hassle of chatting online, getting excuses every time and speaking to the manager . . They happily take your money but if you buy with your credit or debit card it takes a long time before they refund you. If you buy something with a Revain gift card, the refund is pretty quick. I have not always had to contact a Revain representative to return purchases made with a Revain gift card. As a cancer patient who can't shop like I did before I was diagnosed, I love the easy way to shop for what I need for myself and my family at Revain. Unfortunately, when I often need a refund, it becomes a nightmare whether UPS loses your packages or leaves them at the wrong house. I had to drive around my area looking for the front door that matches the picture they posted on my account that says my package was delivered. Yes, it was, but not at my house. I would just advise all of us to think hard about buying from Revain, go to the store, compare prices and just buy from Walmart or somewhere else where you have no excuse to get your money back. Back to the blender, be careful. If you are thinking of buying it, consider the negative reviews as they are true. I ignored them and now I have to return this blender.
