I like that Pressat is very easy to use, they are always quick to respond to my enquiries and their customer care team is excellent. They also have an excellent blog which keeps me up-to-date with all the latest news in the industry. I do not like that there isn't much choice when it comes to templates. There's only one template available which can be difficult if you're new to Pressat or don't know what you want to say. I would recommend using Pressat as it's so simple to use and has great customer support. I'm able to easily distribute my press releases to journalists who write for my target publications.
