EDIT: I had to stop using because I was getting cavities. I take great care of my teeth and the only thing that has changed is the usage. Went to the dentist and had tooth decay between my teeth that I have never experienced before (and yes I floss rigorously). My girlfriend did the same when she used it. I stopped using this and switched back to fluoride and I haven't had any problems with tooth decay since switching. There's no reason to avoid fluoridated toothpaste - just skip it and you'll be fine! Old review: My teeth have never felt cleaner! I have soft enamel so I was worried the baking soda would be too harsh, but so far so good. I'm still a bit sensitive since switching from Sensodine to this material so I can start supplementing my toothbrush with it, but that's why I can't give 5 stars. And my only other complaint is that you can find a much better price. about it on other pages. I ordered in bulk from Vitacost and saved nearly $3 per tube.
