Review on Enhance Your Lighting Experience with 50ft Ultra Long Smart LED Strip Lights: Music-Synced RGB LEDs by Wyteboi Nallamothu

I literally can't connect Bluetooth to the app/LED lights. I've never had any problems with bluetooth so I know it's the LEDs. I kept trying to connect bluetooth through the app and through my settings and it kept saying "pairing failed", it just doesn't work. I have no idea why. I don't see anyone with the same issue in the reviews so I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong? I followed the instructions exactly as they say and I can't get it to work at all. That's why my review is only 2 stars because I feel it was a waste of time and money. The application doesn't work for me at all and keeps writing "disabled" I even went to the lightbulb and it still doesn't work. I am posting some pictures as an example. You can see it refusing to connect. It's so annoying. If I'm doing something wrong I'd appreciate if someone could let me know so I can actually get it working. Otherwise I'll get a full refund because it was sooo!
