Wow, this thing really has very few instructions! Should I put the hub in the basement, closer to the freezers, or on the ground floor, closer to my WiFi router? I do not know! How far are the sensors from the hub? No idea! Can the sensors be sealed in the bag while in the freezer? Who knows?! What happens in the event of a power failure? I have no bloody idea! Call the manufacturer and get a voicemail! It works now (the hub is up, one sensor is in the pocket and the other is not). I plan to try moving the hub tomorrow to see if it works better or worse there. As long as it does the job I'm happy, but more detailed installation instructions would really be a big improvement. *Update in a few weeks* After finding the best spot for the receiver, it worked flawlessly. I recommend this (as do we) if you have hundreds of dollars worth of meat in a freezer or two and don't want to worry about unexpected thawing.
