When I say this thing is tiny, I mean tiny. It fits in the mouth of a two year old but my seven year old is kidding. He doesn't reach his molars at all, even if you twist hard. Still, I let him try. He complained about the vibration tickling his mouth. He couldn't take it out to spit it out because the saliva and toothpaste were vibrating everywhere. Finishing in a minute he had to help turn it off as the button is hard to press and needs to be held down. Food got stuck in the gum line of his upper teeth. I liked the idea of the U-shaped toothbrush because it's a twice-daily struggle. This is not a solution.
