I like how easy it was to set up profiles for our customers (both new as well as existing), which allowed us to send them emails at their preferred times. The support team were very helpful too! Nothing really - but if you're looking for an email automation platform then this could probably do what your after without any issues. We are using ADAMarketingAutomation's service for sending out automated newsletters via MailChimp. This allows us to have more control over who receives these mails compared to just having people sign-up directly through mailchimps website. It has been great so far because we've had no complaints or feedback from anyone regarding receiving unsolicited messages.
