I was eager to check out ROSRISS, an online retailer that specializes in women's clothing, shoes, and jewelry because I am an ardent online shopper. However, I had a very unsatisfactory relationship with the business, and I would not suggest ROSRISS to anyone. The website gave me a good initial impression, and the things appeared to be well-made and fashionable. I placed my order and eagerly awaited delivery. But when the shipment did finally show up, I was unhappy with the contents. The clothing did not resemble what it did on the webpage. The fit was terrible, and the materials were flimsy and inexpensive. In an effort to resolve the issue, I contacted customer service, however they proved to be unresponsive and unhelpful. Making matters worse, the box arrived broken and the shipping took longer than anticipated. I had to discard the broken jewelry I had ordered. My overall ROSRISS encounter left me feeling incredibly let down. Their customer service was appalling and their product quality was subpar. I won't be using this company again and will look elsewhere for all of my fashion requirements.
