Looks good. I was worried about them falling out as I saw some other reviews saying they fell out or the clips broke during installation. However, I did NOT remove the grill. I started on the driver's side, installed it and worked my way through the grille. I inserted my half into the slots to hold the back of the grill while pushing these inserts in, you can hear an audible "click" as it snaps into place. For the latter, I simply reached across the bottom of the grill and pushed the insert in. It worked for 2 weeks and I had no problems. In addition, the clips did not break during assembly.
