One thing that worries me about towing my boat is that the guy behind me sees my brake lights when I stop and brake for leisure. . Now if I continuously apply the brake, the trailer brake lights will flash rapidly and then stay on. The driver behind me told me it was impossible to ignore him. The $60 price tag is high enough, but when it protects your boat or trailer from a rear axle, it's cheap in comparison.
