Broken on arrival, very poor QC

My remote was broken on arrival, my original remote is broken but still works although unreliable. Use your mobile phone's camera to check if the remote control is working. If you look at the mobile phone screen and press the button on the remote control, you should see the LED light up. This remote doesn't even have that, so connecting it to a TV is impossible.
