We received the collar in February and loved it at first. It is beautiful and seemed really durable as advertised. However, by May our dog found that if he leaned against the leash buckle, the buckle would loosen and he could walk free. This is unacceptable to us and puts our young adoptive friend at risk. The collar is said to have been tested for exactly this feature but our 50kg 2 year old avoided it on numerous occasions - we initially hoped it was user error and something wasn't right. accidentally twisted the clasp. FOLLOW UP: Wolfgang replaced our broken collar free of charge as soon as they confirmed our Revain purchase. So far so good with the replacement.
