Great for 65 Mustang
I have a '65 Mustang with the latest 5.0 liter model rebuilt with a serpentine system. This offers very little freedom. I bought a 3 row aluminum heatsink that is a bit thicker than the brass heatsink I had previously so this fan fits perfectly on the new heatsink giving me less than 0.5" of space. I mounted this fan to the fairing using Hayden mounting rods, then mounted the fairing to the radiator. I have no vibration issues with the no-fan gasket. Keeps the car cool at idle and uses very little current (7.5 amps). it right.
