We used to have one of the best customer support teams in the industry, but the days of Komo are long gone. The techs don't even know how to use their own software. It is very difficult to get help with any issues you may have when they are not familiar with the program or the technology. There is no customer service department that can be contacted when there is an issue. They will simply tell you to call back later, which we do regularly. And it's been months since we've had someone from the company contact us for support. Do NOT use Komo! You will lose your customers with poor customer service like this. If you want great customer service, try another provider. Our entire business was built on excellent customer service. We lost our reputation when we switched over to Komo.
