Lots of stretch, but tight
These will be perfect for covering my tattoos under my scrubs. They're pretty comfortable, and they grib the bicep enough to where they don't roll down or need to be adjusted. They covered my tattoos really well, so I'm happy! I bought a size L and there's plenty of stretch to it.
