These shorts are noticeably intended for light support (i.e. gym, cleaning, dresses) and can possibly slim your tummy down if you get a smaller size, but it won't give you the hourglass look some of these girls are looking for because IT'S NOT A WAIST TRAINER. It's SHAPE WEAR, which means it'll only slightly accentuate what you already have.I got this to work out and wear around the house. I absolutely love it!
