As a longtime patron of KatieWens, I'm sad to report that I've seen a significant drop in quality recently. The clothes I got were pricey and of terrible quality. After only a few uses, the shoes I had purchased completely disintegrated. The jewelry was poorly made and immediately fell apart. The worst part was how unresponsive and unhelpful the customer support was. I will not be returning to KatieWens, and I am sorry that I ever shopped there.
