Review on Clear Peugeot Nancy Salt Mill, 12 Inches by Chris Murphy

I have had a Peugeot acrylic pepper mill for years. Love it. I finally decided to buy a matching salt shaker. However, this model only grinds fine salt flakes. I tried a mortar and pestle to make the rock salt more convenient (it's already a small pebble size). The salt shaker does not grind the salt. I tried peppercorns. It doesn't work with pepper either. My pepper mill works great with rock salt. I wonder if I have a full butt as even the salt flakes it came with didn't dissolve very well. If the design is indeed specific to Flake Salt, it would be a good idea to state that in the descriptions. I would happily replace it with another pepper mill suitable for my rock salt. Hi? Hi?
