First of all, this is not my first time installing a wall-mounted TV. The last time was 12 years ago, and then it seemed much more difficult. All you need are 8 screws and washers and a few simple tools. You will need a pencil, spirit level, socket wrench and bolt finder. You attach the base plate to the back of the TV and then attach the bracket to the wall. Be sure to use the bolt gauge as you will need to attach the brace in the middle of the two by four. The kit includes a paper template showing where to screw the bracket into the wall. The hardest part is making sure it's even, and you know what? Basic level included. Once the bracket is on the wall, stretch out the bracket and lower it onto the bracket.
