This is my third time making Bad Boy Bacon and it gets better each time. It's easy to use and the quick start guide helped me figure it out easily. There were 5 pieces of bacon but one piece wasn't in the photo as it was eaten right away. I've never had bacon so flat and crispy. The process is simple. Open the accordion-like contraption and insert the bacon into the appropriate slots, fold back together and place the ribbons on top. In the famous words of Ron Popil. "Set and forget" Then come back in 5 minutes for the perfect bacon. OMG the bacon was amazing as the pictures show. This could be the next big thing.
