It was a gem! We've always loved Pottery Barn's backpack sets. But during Covid fewer designs were available and shipping took a long time. So I decided to look for another brand and it was difficult to find reviews of the backpack at the time. But my daughter liked it. She received many compliments on the design. It is very functional and well made. It matches your Chromebook, books and other accessories. The best part is that she can use it as a wheeled backpack or a regular backpack at any time. So we are very happy with the purchase.
