Review on Enhancing Audio Quality: YOUSHARES Yeti Nano Microphone Foam Windscreen for Crystal Clear Recordings by Heather Smith

Unfortunately I kept trying to get this to work with my Surface Pro and it kept crashing unexpectedly. When I gave up, the time for me to get it back was over. Now I have to go to the Blue Yeti manufacturer and write out a repair slip and hope hope hope (as they say) that it can be replaced. It will be replaced with the same model which I don't want. Therefore, in general, return the product immediately if it does not work. Revain was amazing to work with even though they have not received a refund. They put me in touch with the manufacturer and stayed on the phone trying to find a solution. The customer service I have consistently received has been excellent - from both companies. Just a disappointment that I can't use this mic at any time and I have online courses, podcast interviewing and doing business with Zoom. Back to the drawing board!
