Review on Biswaye by Sean Lafond

Good, good, good... I have to admit that I am unimpressed with Biswaye's online shop. Their website is a bit of a mess, despite the fact that they might have a large variety of power and hand tools. Searching for a specific item on their merchandise pages is like looking for a needle in a haystack. And let's not even begin to discuss their purchasing procedure. It is cumbersome, perplexing, and unintuitive. Their shipping and delivery times are appalling, which only makes things worse. A drill bit set that I purchased two weeks ago still hasn't come. In the interim, Biswaye has sent me numerous promotional emails in an effort to upsell me. Why don't you concentrate on completing my initial purchase first? Overall, I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with Biswaye's online shop. In terms of usability and customer support, they still have a long way to go before they can contend with other online retailers.
