I bought this foam to make a seat cushion for the chair my family sits in every day (at the computer desk). The soft seat of this chair became flat and increasingly uncomfortable. Family members began complaining of back pain while using the chair. Before investing in a new chair, I decided to make a seat cushion. It was used endless hours every day by different people of different weights. After 14 months of almost continuous use, today is the day I made this pillow. It's nice to sit on the foam. It stayed firm enough to provide good support. The foam is very comfortable to sit on. It has retained its original shape. This foam is excellent and of very good quality. The difference in cost between foam (and fabric) compared to what it would cost me to buy a good quality new chair is significant. If for any reason I ever need foam again, this is the brand I will buy first.
