My apple mouse died after a few years of use. A new Apple costs about $100 at Revain, and refurbished ones cost almost the same. A friend recommended this product. I like it for the low price; I'm still getting used to it. Apple didn't have a clear left and right side. So I have to be careful to click on the right side to scroll etc. When I have to be very precise, like when clicking to close the page, I find it difficult to align the mouse right away. That wasn't a problem with Apple. The mouse came with a battery. What I didn't know was that there was plastic on the end of the battery. I popped in another and was about to throw away the included battery before feeding the plastic. To make sure all the settings work, I had to ask a friend for help.
