I'm renovating 4 other dollhouses and 7 dolls as we speak. I bought this on a whim, thinking I could build a custom baby house quickly and easily. But I just can't recommend it. It is made from cheap cork wood; one climb on it and it will break in no time. One spill of liquid and it will spoil and distort. A child can easily unscrew the "screws", and all this begins to collapse. For the price I expected a lot more in terms of size, quality and features. The furniture doesn't match the house and needs sanding and sealing anyway (just like the house). "People" are just sad. It's much better there; look elsewhere
