I was skeptical at first but a friend recommended it. My hair looked duller and more brittle than before, but I figured that was just because I was getting older. But I was wrong! I can't believe this mask transformed my hair in just a few uses. My hair is lighter, shinier, smoother and feels so silky. I like it. Customer service was incredible. I had questions as I don't use many different hair products - I like to "keep it simple". So I contacted her. The employee was not only very helpful and answered my questions to my complete satisfaction. When I mentioned another product I would like to find, she told me two brands and where to find it, even though she didn't wear it herself. Now it's getting higher! A lot of the reviews mention smell and I was concerned as I tend to use unscented products but it's true that it's very subtle and pleasant and dissipates within a day or so so it's not a problem. If you're new to masks like me, there are some key tips I learned from talking to your rep. You don't need a lot of product. enough to lightly cover hair, especially at the roots. And expect it to take a little longer to wash off like a face mask. It's a bit thicker and penetrates better, so give it a minute or two to rinse out. The mask is not intended for daily use, more like weekly or bi-weekly use, so I don't see that as a problem at all.
