I like that you can customize your account, so if there is anything we don't understand or need help with then just ask! It's very easy for us (as an organization) because it allows our finance team members who are not in house counsel access without having lawyers get involved which saves time. As far as software issues go they have been great about getting back out fixes when needed quickly but no real complaints here either way - this has worked really good overall since implementing them over 2 years ago now!! They've helped streamline many aspects within infolease including billing/accounting etc., allowing faster response times from legal teams around financial reporting requirements.
