I like that you can have multiple people work in one document which is good because it saves time when editing instead if having two or more editors working from separate files at once.- It's not easy for new people who are unfamiliar with office applications such as Word etc., but after becoming familiar they will be able to edit just fine - Sometimes there isn't much room space so sometimes this makes things difficult especially since most formatting has been done by previous employees before my arrival into that position therefore making me redo everything again even though its already set up how i want it!
