The ability of being able to create multiple types/categories for our customers, such as different customer groups or departments within an organization.
I wish that there was more flexibility in determining what rewards would be given when they are not using their product(s) but this is probably just me nitpicking! Great platform if you want to have several options available for rewarding members with points at events, sales etc. We were struggling between two platforms (Loyal3 vs Shopify). This helped us decide which one we should use since both had similar features.
