I have had my original iPad since 2013. The case I had for it was the best. Nothing ever came of it. It has a silicone sleeve around a plastic body. The stand broke within the first week of use, but the case survived years of travel and falls. When I bought my new iPad I wanted something like this... I couldn't find anything. I have a silver iPad, I only choose silver and white and there is nothing white on the market. They're all red, black, or blue, and Otterbox Symmetry isn't available on the Air 4. So I bought this (and two others) because it was the only white at Revain to compare. Out of the 3, I left this one because it had a white border on the front and the case completely hides the beauty of the iPad. You wouldn't even realize it's an iPad just by looking at it. I'm not a fan of gray either. As for the protective film that comes with the kit, I removed it immediately. I immediately applied a protective top coat and the one that came with it is kind of crappy, too thick and doesn't look like it would work with a pencil. Let's see how good it is after one drop. It doesn't feel as durable as my original case, but it's better to consider that it costs almost $10 more than others on the market. I didn't want to pay that much, but he's the only white guy.
