Not suitable for long-term use.

Generally they do a good job but are not practical for everyday use. That may be because I have a slightly larger head, but the metal bits on the end tend to dig into my head after a few hours and get pretty uncomfortable. They hardly move while you're wearing them, so that's a good thing.
