Got my G4 yesterday. Got it to replace my G2 which has seen better days. I opened the box and found that it was very easy to start and use and was 90% charged. It didn't take me long to get used to the controls, although the instructions in the manual were very minimal. I was up and running within minutes and instantly connected to the internet through my laptop. One of the things I didn't like about my G2 was that I couldn't see if it was charging or where the charge was. It's more like a phone and the touchscreen shows the time, signal strength, connection type (3G 4G), battery status, etc. It even has Google Maps. I pick the same number of bars at this place as I do with my phone, but the wifi seems faster than on my phone, which is amazing. I use GlocalMe when traveling internationally and within the country. My cell phone is AT&T and I can't find an AT&T cell tower in some southern cities. Then I turn on my GlocalMe device and connect to an available tower. I have been very happy with the service, the cost of the data has been fair and the customer service so far has been excellent with quick responses and very helpful. They seem eager to please.
