Everything seems fine - Phones and Accessories

I ordered this device for my work office as my last phone ran out of power after a massive power surge. The only other Polycom phones in our office are conference room devices, so I had to learn a little to set them up. It didn't have good instructions, so I found some instructions on Google to program it to our PBX (IPitomy) via the phone's IP address, rather than our PBX, which is what we usually do with our other phones. That's the problem. , it's programmed, I have my own extension, my extension goes to the phone, everything seems perfect. except that when I go to PBX it shows that it is not properly synced. Like he doesn't see the phone. Strange. Works but may not be complete. I could ask our phone IT company to look into this, but since it works and I'm not too worried about it, I'll leave it at that for now. If it was a desk phone for someone else in the company and I needed to manage features like scheduling, call routing, VM name, and password through the PBX, I'd have to ask the operators to look at it. The display works great. , bright and colourful. The sound quality is good. The device is a bit light and tips over if I pull the handset too hard, so it's not very solid. In general I like the phone. As it wasn't very easy to set up, I'm reluctant to buy it for company use until we figure out if it syncs properly with the system.
