The first cam was a clear return with scratches on the front. the second replacement hd was ok, but the sound lasted 2 hours when trying to turn up the volume. Windows 10 settings at 100% but the microphone (or rather the software) is barely audible. You need to download a video player to set up the camera, not just a driver. If you enjoy spending endless hours fiddling with all sorts of sound settings in Windows 10, you might like this. much luck.
