When I opened the packaging, one of the stones fell out of the ring in the bag. Just thought it happened during shipping. There was only 1, no big deal. I've only had a nose ring for 3 days, I was brushing my teeth and I heard something banging on the sink. it was a ring stone. Then my daughter comes to me and says that her daughter did the same thing last night. Sterling silver is soft. The metal part is good for the money. But what use are stones if they fall out immediately. Now I have sterling silver nose rings but I can't use them because the stones don't stay in. I think you get what you pay for. I would give 5 stars if the stones didn't fall out but were as is. I'll say at least 2, maybe 3. Don't waste your money. Now I'm back on Revane. looking for different sterling rings.
