My wife likes pico de gallo. I like to cook & don’t mind making it, however it can be somewhat of a tedious task. I saw someone using a restaurant version of this on a video and decided to find one for myself. After searching Walmart I found this brand. It wasn’t the cheapest or most expensive. It arrived just in time for my wife’s bday. I was making crab cakes and this shrimp dip she likes, that consists of pico, shrimp, & avocado. This little device a true time saver. I was able to prep everything in record time. It’s super easy to assemble, even easier to clean. The blades are sharp enough to dice half an onion in one pass. If you’re on the fence about this item, I suggest you go ahead and buy it. I bought it specifically for its dicing abilities, but it comes with attachments to use it as a mandolin & grater. It’s big enough for family size prep jobs but also compact enough to not take up too much space when stored. Overall I like it, & think you will too.
