So I got this thing and I don't know if it's being used or what but it was literally on the verge of maxing out storage space. For example I have 1.3GB of the 28 that was included. Something is obviously wrong. This laptop has clearly been tampered with as all program files have been modified on various dates in 2019. I bought this item in 2020. Like I'm not a computer genius, but either this thing was used and refurbished, or the seller I got it from is trying to steal my information. To be honest I can't buy laptops here anymore, no quality checks or anything, that's the second thing I've had problems with. I literally had to buy a 5TB external hard drive just to run additional apps on it. It's too late to send it back in the hope of getting a new one. But next time I'll go straight to the manufacturer. Please note this before purchasing.
