Good luck with your wireless connection

So this is the second time I have ordered this camera. The first had to be sent back. I connect the camera to my iPhone 11 Pro Max. The camera absolutely refuses to connect or stay connected to my phone. I can't even connect it to my MacBook. I'm waiting for a call from second level tech support. This is really disappointing for a $300 device.
