In general, there were no issues, and in contrast to less expensive models, the heated disc did not become dusty as frequently, and it was also difficult to burn oneself on it. However, after being used for a year and a half, it finally broke down, or more specifically, the locking mechanism of the top cover became stuck. As a result, the cover does not lock when it is closed, so I will have to take it in for service because of this. It appears that the warranty is good for three years. What do you think of the fact that the service department provided me with a brand new kettle to replace the broken one? It is always a pleasant surprise when purchasing a product at such a low cost enables one to also receive excellent service!
