Update: I got my refund after a year, I hope you never have to go through what I did with this headset. I bought it a year ago and it didn't work at all right out of the box. I wrote a review and got emails about 6 times from 6 different people. Every time they asked me to remove my negative review without offering a refund. When they became more and more desperate for me to remove my review, they offered a higher price for a refund. I was once offered twice the amount I paid for the headset but they never gave it to me. I ended up temporarily removing my comment just to get some form of compensation. Please save yourself the trouble I went through and don't buy this headset. It doesn't work no matter how many times you call support.
