SafeLand: A Negative Experience for Interior Designers

As a professional in home decor, I have come across plenty of online sellers who advertise premium furniture and accessories. SafeLand, regrettably, is not one of them. Their assortment of kitchen and bathroom accessories is by no means outstanding; they use shoddy materials and out-of-date designs. The soap dishes and dispensers are also unremarkable, and the shower curtains appear to have come straight from the clearance section. The pricing for SafeLand, however, is the true source of dissatisfaction. They advertise having the lowest prices, however their goods are significantly more expensive than they should be. I know the market value of these goods, and it is not even close to what SafeLand is charging. To make matters worse, their customer service is at best mediocre. Just to receive a simple response to a question, I had to jump through hoops, and when I did, it was hardly helpful. In conclusion, avoid SafeLand if you are an expert in house design. Their customer service is awful, and their pricey and unimpressive products. There are far better internet merchants available that truly provide high-quality goods at affordable pricing.
