Measured but very low quality

I can't fault a few dollars at all. I'm not sure where they are made, but the manufacturer has to laugh to the bank. I honestly didn't know they were made so cheaply. Yes, they measure, but if you like quality tools in your kitchen, you can buy another set of spoons. They arrived painted and corroded.
