Perfect for a buffet. As with your regular box of toothpicks, some of them were split or had a knot where they had just broken. But there were maybe 5 out of 200. In a variation I used some basil, pearl mozzarella and grape tomatoes. A variation consisted of 1/4 inch slices of cheese and cheese sausage alternating twice. Both styles still gave you more than enough room to hang from your skewer. too long you think you can gouge your eye out.
